Research Ambitions (RA) is a group of Bangladeshi American physicians. RA has multiple faculty advisors. RA is affiliated with the Bangladesh Medical Association of North America (BMANA). RA aims:

1. To build the research skills of physicians of Bangladeshi descent.
2. To provide mentored research opportunities to these physicians.
3. To support the careers of these physicians e.g., job applications (residency, fellowship, academia)
4. To conduct research on health/healthcare issues affecting Bangladeshi Americans.
